Eagle Motel

Loved our stay at this gem in Manitou. Simple, quiet, cozy. It was plesant and may be due to off season but didn't hear so much as a door closing or any noise. As someone sensitive to random noises this was a plesant surprise for a motel stay as we have stayed at other places where neighbors are quite noisy. So worth the price too, nothing crazy, but had decent breakfast selection each morning and nice spacey rooms. Downtown is right there to walk to, easy to get around and garden of the gods is just minutes away driving. Perfect location, comfy beds and the owner was nice, and even helped us out when we were having car trouble. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Manitou, and we ourselves will come back to this lovely place in future visits. Thank you!

It's an older motel, but is very clean. I wa there for 3 nights, and it was perfect. The heat and air worked very well, and beds were memory foam. Very close to the down town Manitou springs area. Easy access to Colorado Springs and hyway 25.

We enjoyed our stay at The Eagle Hotel! The owner operator was very nice, he showed us the room before we booked it! The location is perfect! The shuttle pick up/drop off is not far, and will take you into Manitou Springs downtown area if you don’t want to walk. I would definitely stay here again if I ventured back to Colorado and Manitou Springs!!

I found this adorable little hotel through a Google search. The price was right and the Google reviews were great so I booked online an hour before arrival on a Friday night. The whole process including check in was effortless! The motel is exactly what I hoped for! Our room was so clean, smelled lovely and very well maintained. The essence holds true to a quaint mountain town of old with just the right amount of updates to balance the old with the new! The staff was incredibly friendly! It's location is perfectly situated between many of the attractions nearby and has a clear and up close view of Pikes Peak. I could not be more happy with this charmer!!!

This was a fantastic stay! The owners were really nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean and updated. We will definitely stay here again! And it's a great value.

The bed was very nice, and clean. The carpet was clean and so was the bathroom. I appreciate that they put three towels. The sofa needs some attention, though. The breakfast was ok and the owner was very friendly.
